I've been doing some research on this: The reason the build-conflict was introduced in the debian-package was a solution to http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=407800, where seahorse-agent would crash on startup with gnupg-agent running. The developers since fixed this issue, see http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=454469. Thus the build- conflicts is no longer needed, yet remained in our package.
I tested a built without the build-conflict and seahorse and seahorse- agent work fine, except for the issue described in bug #217270, which happens when gpg-agent is started before seahorse-agent. -- unbuildable due to fix for bug 305565 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/346591 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to seahorse in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
