Is this a HIG guideline? If not, I would reject the bug. If so, it would be worth further consideration. Right now I like the balance of the colours on the dialog, if we can come up with a more formal rationale for their positions I'd be happy to take it. But unless there's a very strong point-at-this-page-of-the-HIG argument, I'd say not to mess with it for Dapper.
