I just tried with an up-to-date Jaunty installation. The memory leak bug seems to be gone. gvfsd-http doesn't grow to sizes of several hundred MBs anymore.
Another oddity remains, though: Rhythmbox downloads all podcasts successfully (the files are complete and I also get to see a shiny new notify-osd message about the finished download), but Rhythmbox itself lists the podcasts with status "Failed". -- rhythmbox 0.11.6 crashes frequently in Xubuntu 8.10 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/307365 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug assignee. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
