Binary package hint: gnome-screensaver
gnome-screensaver starts when you change the time.
This is using a few of the Dapper Flights (4 & 5) and a current update
(today).
It is really annoying when you have the screensaver set to ask for a
password. You enter your password to change the time, wait, and enter
your password again.
