The bug is definitely reproducible. It works with any dvi and djvu file I tried (not with pdf or ps) - a sample dvi file is attached. Notice the page position is reset to the beginning of the page only if you are after the first page. To reproduce the bug:
1. Open tmp.dvi 2. Scroll down so the top of the visible area is somewhere in the middle of the 2nd page. 3. Right-click -> Reload 4. Now the top of the visible area is the top of the second page instead of the middle.
