My only problem is that i wasn't able to reproduce this bug, but I'm using a different version on my 8.10 machine GNOME brasero 0.8.2 and I'm not shure how you got your version :-)
But anyway this issue isn't present in 9.04 (Brasero Version: 2.25.91) So I would consider this bug to be closed.
