I talked to Paul some more about this, and here's what we were thinking as a scrollbar-less solution. Move the Telephone stuff to a Telephone tab. Add 'Home Address' and 'Work Address' tabs to hold those two post addresses. Layout Job fields in a 3x2 grid, not a 6x1 grid.
