Confirmed on Jaunty amd64 after upgrading to 2.25.90, post-install. There seem to be an awful lot of reports, going back to Hardy. This has bitten or is going to bite quite a lot of people, since seahorse is effectively a required core component of Ubuntu (ex. Server?).
