Hi, I resolved the problem on my computer. It was an interaction with metacity, linked to the /apps/metacity/general/compositing_manager key. If it is true then some visuals effects are done without compiz, but it has to be set to false to remove my problems.
The question is : where is the bug ? In Metacity/compiz or in other used libs ?
