No not anymore. Traced it back to some wrong set access rights in
~/.config/menus/applications-merged/. Not sure yet what caused that.
Although I have it seen on a couple of other machines I administer, but
only on those. So I'm guessing it's something I do or set that changes
the permission of the folder from user to root. I launch all my gui apps
only with gksudo when needing root privileges, so not quite sure where
it comes from. But as far as the bug goes, you can mark it as "closed".
