This might be a bug in the backend of WebDAV in gvfs. Accessing the share with the default syntax "dav://..." all folders can be found and opened, but not copied or moved. Using the alternate acces by the hidden folder "~/.gvfs/WebDAV on <IP>", every folder can be copied without problems.
I can't test whether this problem is general with WebDAV or specific to "gnome-user-share". The problem does certainly not affect GnomeVFS, but gvfs.
