Public bug reported:
Firstly, it's not obvious where to find the setting to change between
audible and visible bell. It's now under Sound
Preferences->Sound->Alerts and Sound Effects->Visual alert, which isn't
an obvious name, and it's not strictly a sound setting, since a visible
bell has nothing to do with sound.
Secondly, if I untick the Play alerts and sound effects box on that
page, I can no longer change the bell style, e.g. from Flash window to
Disabled.
