Rob, The "AutoAddDevices OFF" workaround works as you tell:
1. Fix the repeat delay problem for the left, down & end keys. 2. Fix the repeat speed problem (the keys seems to be faster when you press and hold down any of them). 3. However (sadly) the multimedia keys no longer works.
