Public bug reported:
The phrases from Opera and other applications disappear from the drop down
menus, from the top menu bar.
Two applications Opera and navicat(a mysql browser) behave correctly except
that the menus are without words by the drawings are still shown.
I am running Opera 9.62 (the latest).
Moreover I used the NVIDIA driver -- but now is not activated.
