It's not a device driver or whatever bug, it's a feature request: to be able to assign X11 kbd layout group switching to Ctrl-Shift on "key up", not "key down" sequence, and ONLY if no other key was pressed while Ctrl-Shift were down.
Sorry, I also won't be able to run it on Linux.
