The correct behaviour is to not get the dialog about the gnome-settings-
daemon start. I asked to run it by hand because I thought it was
crashing but that's not the case. Rejecting the bug for now since the
control-center code didn't change and that works fine now. Feel free to
reopen if you get the issue again
