On the shell I entered following data:

I tried as follows:
o Click on the [Play]-button
o Choose in menu "go to" -> ">> fast-forward" ("Gehe zu" -> ">> Vorspulen")
o Choose in menu "go to" -> "jump to ..." and input "200" Sec. ("Gehe zu" ->
"Springe zu..." 200 Sekunden)
o Choose in menu "go to" -> ">> fast-rewind" ("Gehe zu" -> ">> Zurückspulen")
