Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gconf-editor
Essentially, I browsed the net to figure out how to change the alt <right click> key binding because I use it in a game. I found my answer quickly, it's in the gconf-editor -> apps > metacity > alt <space>. But why should it be called alt space? It's alt <right click> You can see the details of the question here: https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-panel/+question/2520 Ubuntu 8.04 Gnome 2.22.3 ProblemType: Bug Architecture: i386 Date: Mon Oct 27 20:34:22 2008 DistroRelease: Ubuntu 8.04 ExecutablePath: /usr/bin/gconf-editor Package: gconf-editor 2.22.0-0ubuntu2 PackageArchitecture: i386 ProcEnviron: SHELL=/bin/bash PATH=/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/games LANG=en_US.UTF-8 SourcePackage: gconf-editor Uname: Linux 2.6.24-21-generic i686 ** Affects: gconf-editor (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: apport-bug -- The Alt <Space> configuration setting in gconf-editor edits the alt <right click> setting.
