You have been subscribed to a public bug: I change my resolution to 1600 x 1200 but for some reasons my monitor wont support it and everything was screwup after I hit apply.
I think would be better if first time apply will only preview new resolution, and if anything goes wrong I can hit escape . Like XP have. I just want to mention this because I end up with my other PC here on office searching for something that was xrandr -s . this is crucial for people that doesn't know a lot of PC. So is better if you make something that show only supported resolutions by monitor, or at least to be able to not to end like me. flak. ** Affects: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu) Importance: Wishlist Status: Confirmed -- change resolution panel to show only supported https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/bugs/289559 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-control-center in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
