Binary package hint: gnome-control-center
In Russian version the wrong translation string can be found in this
way:
Система -> Параметры -> Клавиатура -> вкладка »Раскладки» -> нажать
кнопку «Другие опции...» -> в диалоге раскрыть пункт «Положение
клавиши Compose» -> строка «Правая клавиша Alt соответствует клавише
Alt».
There must be "Compose" instead of the second "Alt".
