thanks for your report. The logs are incomplete and don't show any
evidence of what went wrong.
Can you please attach the files in /var/log/dist-upgrade/ and
/var/log/apt/term.log . You might need root privileges in order to read
these files.
Was there enough space left on your drive when you've upgraded ?
