Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus
I am a maintainer of this theme: http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Gartoon+Redux?content=74841 This theme is quite extensive and contains different icons for e.g. package-x-generic and application-x-rar. However, in Intrepid Beta the generic icon is shown instead of the more specific icon which exists in the same theme. Examples: - x-office-document shown instead of application-vnd.oasis.opendocument.text - package-x-generic shown instead of all archive types - text-x-script shown instead of application-x-php, application-x-shellscript, etc. - font-x-generic shown instead of application-x-font-ttf Every icon that has a generic equivalent is wrong. This is a regression from nautilus 2.22.1 (hardy) which shows the correct icons. ** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Generic mimetype icons override specific icons in the same theme https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/278113 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to nautilus in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
