Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
When logging in to a freshly installed Intrepid Beta, I get a "Starting Power Manager" notification in the taskbar. This is because StartupNotify is set to true in /etc/xdg/autostart/gnome-power- manager.desktop. Most users don't care if the power management daemon is starting or not, so StartupNotify should be false. It was false in pre-Intrepid releases ** Affects: gnome-power-manager (Ubuntu) Importance: Low Status: New ** Changed in: gnome-power-manager (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => Low -- StartupNotify should be false in gnome-power-manager desktop file https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/278089 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-power-manager in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
