Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-media
Test case: I'm playing an audio file, and everything is ok. I click the "Mute/unmute PCM" button in gnome-volume-control: audio is muted, the volume slider doesn't move and the button changes to a muted image, which is also ok. Now, if I click the "Mute/unmute PCM" button again: the volume slider doesnt' move, the button changes to an unmuted image, *but* audio is not unmuted, which is not ok. It's an Intrepid alpha 6 clean install. My alsa info: <http://www.alsa- project.org/db/?f=591efcd74bc725015e44f030ecc0292392802211>.
