Yes this is reproductible, I do it again today Procedure to reproduce the bug
-create a drawer applet on your top panel -run gconf-editor - disable animation on key :/apps/panel/toplevels/panel_0/enable_animations or/and /apps/panel/toplevels/panel_1/enable_animations (on my case i have two drawer object) - then test the drawer object one time it works fine the first time - then test a second time the drawer objet appears at the top left of my sceen I noticed that reenable the animation on the same key just after just bug more the drawer, it won't appear when cliking on it. Restart the X server (Ctrl–Alt–Backspace) fix this issue.
