The upstream report: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=331932 looks quite similar. Can you get another backtrace, but install the packages from http://people.ubuntu.com/~seb128/debug-pkgs/evolution/ and http://people.ubuntu.com/~seb128/debug-pkgs/evolution-data-server/ beforehand?
