Public bug reported:
I am using Ubuntu 8.04.1, according to GRUB, and there are no updates
available as of 1622 2008-08-31.
Invoking gnome-appearance-properties through the Desktop's context menu
or the System menu causes the dialog to appear, but no custom wallpapers
can be added. Only the default wallpapers are available and can be
changed between.
When invoking the application from Terminal, I did get an error, but at
the moment it's not appearing.
