I am not sure. I do not believe something with the bugs has to act. Maybe indirectly.
With me it is different a little bit. It is about the fact which I click actively with the mouse another window and it does not come in foreground. The window title is ordinarily gray, if the window is in the background. In the foreground, the title is colored. If i click on a window in the background, the title change from gray to colored, but it does not come in the foreground, sometimes.
