I think these shouldn't even be Suggests. When gnome-volume-manager was used to manage DVDs and CDs, these applications would make sense in concert with gnome-volume-manager. As this is no longer the case, I don't understand any use-case where these applications are relevant to users of gnome-volume-manager beyond that both gnome-volume-manager and CD&DVD tools are often both found on a standard desktop.
