If you have no icon set, then the other person shouldn't see an icon. You should see his icon.
The image labeled "Yorsh" is picture 1 and in any case, you should not see the image in picture 2 (Dibujo.JPG) because that's your friend's view of you. Let's start over from the top.... What image do you have set? You said you didn't have one set. If that's true, then the screenshot of the real MSN client, from your friend's computer, should NOT show any display pic at all. If he's seeing one, that's a bug. What image does your friend have set? That's the one you should see.
