After the latest security updates last week in Hardy, I'm seeing this
same problem again.

Generated the attached by running "gnome-power-manager --no-daemon
--verbose" and then launching System->Preferences->Power Management and
adjusting the time to put the monitor asleep.

The DPMS timeout is always 0 0 0 no matter what I do.

Now my LDC is marked with the outline of several windows...

Anyone else seeing this?  Other ideas I can chase down?

I'm using stock everything for Hardy, Dell E173FP monitor, Intel 82865G
Graphics Controller in Dell Desktop.
