I found the exact same issue when mounting webdav offered by Knowledgetree. Knowledgetree (http://www.knowledgetree.com) offers a webdav mount to the documents it manages through a php script. (at least in our version, which is 3.4.2) Mounting works, browsing folders with names without spaces works fine. When there is a space in the name, I get the error again.
