The GLX_EXT_texture_from_pixmap disappeared from "GLX extensions:" which
is good. You say "same issue", do you still get "Failed to initialize
TTM buffer manager"? Does it crash if you try to start compiz in the
failsafe terminal session?
Can you please try to get a full backtrace from Xorg? See that wiki page
and the DebuggingXorg link on it.
