I can confirm this bug. It seems like sometimes Rhythmbox/Gstreamer just can't import a file, but if you delete the entry from Import Errors and import the file again there is no problem at all. It has only happened to me when importing more than one file at a time. My experience says it is around track 10 the problem occurs.
