I have marked all other bugs releated to spellckeging as duplictate to this one, as this is bug has more comments.
In Epiphany 2.22.2 i can change the "spellchecker.dictionary" to any value, but the "layout.spellcheckDefault" key is set to 0 and i can not set it to 1. I have aspell-ro and myspell-ro installed into my system.
