Henrik (and all), I can confirm that this no longer attempts to transcode AAC files when transfering to an iPod.
Tested on my 4th-gen greyscale 20gb, Ubuntu Hardy 64 bit, Rhythmbox package 0.11.5-0ubuntu8.
