This is usually normal for when programs requiring a lock to function are
interrupted. Can you please run
sudo dpkg --configure -a
I will mark this bug as Invalid. Please feel free to respond with more
information if the problem does not go away after running the above command, in
which case you can change the bug Status back to Open.
