I use Hardy and I can confirm this bug. It's ridiculously buggy! The "You have the Caps Lock Key on" warning is NOT sensitive to Shift+CapsLock which actually change the capitalization mode. But the CapsLock LED is sensitive to both of CapsLock and Shift+CapsLock. And it's not because of hardware, in Gutsy the LED was just sensitive to CapsLock and was indicator of keyboard layout. I think I should fill another bug for the LED.
