- Fix memory leaks in gnome-program

- Fix for 'run in terminal' launchers with gnome-terminal as the

- Updated and new translations: et, fr, id, or, tr.
* Resynchronized with Debian, only Ubuntu changes are:
- libgnome2-common.gconf-defaults: Ubuntu related changes.
- debian/patches/09_run_app_message_fix.patch: bug fix for Malone: #29005,
- debian/patches/10_sounds_event_list.patch: decision to have no sound
events by default.
- debian/patches/04_gnome-score.c.patch: not applied, is fixed.
- debian/control.in: downgraded debhelper Build-Dep.
* debian/rules:
- touch po/Makefile.in.in to make sure translations are built.
