I've just seen this: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=766167
And I can see how it can be a problem to not be able to tell where the partitions are mounted. Basically, those applications that don't use the default "open.." dialog in gnome, won't be able to find the volumes in the sidebar, and the user will have to 'guess' the mount point. If the name of the mount point is not at all related to the "xx GG volume", it can be a problem. -- Nautilus does not identify partitions, except by size https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/190366 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug assignee. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
