Description: currently if you run a fullscreen app like playing a video with totem or a presentation, update-notifier will popup if new packages are available. this is anoying, distrubing and awkward. eather there must be a way to switch off this notification bubble. a blinking icon like gaim used it is fine. or update-notifier should be smart enough to not pop over fullscreen apps.
