Public bug reported:

Affects: epiphany-browser (Ubuntu)
       Severity: Normal
       Priority: (none set)
         Status: Unconfirmed

Description:
If I try to access help in Epiphany (F1 or "Help | Contents"), I get the
following message:

"Could not display help: Unable to find the help files in either
/usr/share/gnome/help/epiphany-browser/ or /usr/share/gnome/help/.
Please check your installation"

According to the epiphany package, the help files are installed in
/usr/share/gnome/help/epiphany, whereas the browser seems to be looking
for epiphany-browser, which is empty (and presently unowned by any
package).

A simple symbolic link from epiphany to epiphany-browser works.
