Evolution takes a long time to start up with an Exchange account. At
one point it hangs for a long time with the task bar message:
"scanning folders in "Exchange server 10.0.0.254" (...)"
We have a lot of public folders on our Exchange server, a couple of
which I added to my favourites (back when this was supported in
Evolution ;). I'm not sure if this is important.
