It seems I'm having a similar problem, except that Totem is the only player in my case, that has it. Other players don't have this color problems. I've tried adjusting the hue and other values of the totem configuration, but when I fixed one color, another one went worst and so on. I'm attaching a screenshot. I can attach a screenshot of Kaffeine showing that it is ok if you want.
