The problem with this is that you can not turn of Compiz via the Visual Effects 
tab, if you are just using ccsm.
Because if you want to turn them back on, there's no way to get them back the 
way they were.

You are forcing users to install simple-ccsm even if they don't want to
use it.

The Custom option should be available, if compizconfig-settings-manager
is installed (simple-ccsm needs it anyway) but only show the Preferences
button if simple-ccsm is installed.


Shall I reopen this one or file a wishlist bug?
