Binary package hint: gnome-applets
Sticky notes applet used to respond to right click menu, so one could
easily hide the notes, show how many there are as well as manipulate the
panel. After upgrading to Hardy this menu does not appear anymore, so
one cannot even rearrange the sticky notes applet, remove or change its
position. Is there a workaround to configure the applets without using
the menu.
