Attached is my COMPLETELY UNTESTED patch to show what I think changes need to be done for GTK+. Please don't apply it unless some Vietnamese user has confirmed that it does what he/she desires. I also don't quite understand how input method choosing works after the backporting of the change in GTK+ 2.16 that makes the right-click menu shows "System" instead of what $GTK_IM_MODULE specifies, so this patch may be on the wrong path.
