Description:
When typing an URL in GAIM and posting it (in my case over the MSN
network) the receiver of the message gets the URL prefixed with the
protocol prefix and "://".
Example:
I type: "Here is the public FTP site ftp.nluug.nl"
The recipient sees: "Here is the public FTP site ftp://ftp.nluug.nl";
Not a big issue, but I was having a discussion with someone about not
needing to include the prefix and he said like this "ftp.nluug.nl" and I
received it as "ftp://ftp.nluug.nl";. Which kept me wondering :)
