Binary package hint: epiphany-extensions
I activate Smart Bookmarks via Tools - Extensions. Then I highlight a
search term in a web page, open a menu with the right mouse button and
select "Look Up" - either 'Search the web' or 'GNOME Dictionary', none
of them work.
