The hard disk reported by hal-device-manager is:

And volume.label srtlist says:

I took a look at cfdisk and this partition does not have any Label.
My fstab is something like this:

/dev/hda2 /media/OME vfat auto,rw,exec,users,dmask=000,fmask=111
0 0
And finaly, the /dev/hda2 partition (Vfat) was formated using mkfs.vfat
